Content rights

The text and images on this site are © Burak Köken. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome and encouraged. Republishing whole posts without permission is not.

Products

When paid products are offered, they are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record: Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles applicable taxes. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Refunds

If a product is broken, or is not what its description said it was, email the address on the About page within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Honest customers get their money back; that is the whole policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for anything related to this site or its products is limited to the amount you paid. There is rarely much to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
